He has worked as a professional in the area of studies, business intelligence and management control in the General Comptroller's Office of the Republic, as well as economic analyst of tariff processes in the regulated market in the Regulation and Infrastructure Division of the same entity.

Commercial Engineer from the Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana (UTEM) and Postgraduate in Social Ecology and Sustainability from the University of Santiago de Chile. He completed a diploma in Extractive Industries, Surveillance and Sustainable Development at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, among other specializations in Social Economy and Environment. He has served as coordinator of the Sustainability Program of the UTEM and university professor in different houses of study in the country. Since 2013, he has been working at the Terram Foundation as an economist and researcher in the areas of natural resources, economics and the environment.
